Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However:

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
• Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping

All Items Purchase are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, gift certificates, and Paypal. 

Credit Card Authorization

Your credit card will automatically be preauthorized as a pending charge when the order is placed. The pending charge will become an actual charge once the order has shipped.
